I will remember that I complained about the tight fit of the button on the back of the holster that slides into the belt clip. I would occasionally be forced to push hard to get the button to slide down and lock into the belt clip.

After several weeks of use, the button on the back of the holster unceremoniously broke off, making it impossible to use the belt clip.

I was more than a bit irked, as I really like this iPhone case.

I called Uniea Customer support, and they immediately agreed to send me a replacement.

The replacement was not the same; it was better!

The button on the back of the holster had been replaced with one that looked more securely attached. Moreover, I have not had any problems getting the button to slide smoothly into the belt clip.

Kudos to Uniea for good customer support, and continuous product improvement!
