But, you know, I don’t want Apple to replace Microsoft. I’d like their market share to grow … but perhaps 20% would be enough. Ideally, there would be a number of other contenders apart from Microsoft. Perhaps that day is coming.
Clumsiness is usually a side-effect of size and power. Microsoft tries to be all things to all people – an impossible task. Apple pleases most of its customers most of the time because it designs products that THOSE customers are likely to appreciate.
