Microsoft Can’t Find A Favorable Jury

Microsoft Corp. asked the court to move a lawsuit filed by RealNetworks to Washington state from California, in a billion dollar suit over Microsoft’s unfair promotion of its media software on the Internet.

Microsoft said “it makes little sense for a California jury to be asked to resolve a dispute between two Washington-based companies.”

The trial is to be held in San Jose in Silicon Valley, where some of Microsoft’s biggest competitors are based, like Sun Microsystems and Oracle Corp.

Seems Microsoft can’t find a favorable jury.
