When my Lexar Compact Flash card turned out to be defective, I posted a story about my experience with Lexar customer support right here on February 23rd. John Nemerovski suggested that I send a copy of my story to the president of Lexar, and so I did.
Yesterday the FedEx went out. Today, Lexar called. A very, very friendly and capable fellow told me that he’s sending me a replacement CF card.
He gave me his phone number if I have any problems and his FedEx account number so I could send the defective card back.
It took some paperwork and persistence, but it all paid off. My thanks goes out to Mr. Williams at Lexar customer support in Fremont, CA.
