Incontrovertible Facts

The games are coming but first I’ve got something to say about incontrovertible facts. Rush Limbaugh uses incontrovertible facts, Michael Moore uses incontrovertible facts. But they both mostly demagogue around showing one side of the argument. Which is fine by me. I think Michael Moore is a great film maker (loved The Big One) and I think Rush is a fantastic radio show host. (I think he was a bit better we he did all those hilarious updates, but that’s just me).

No, really, both these guys are very, very talented. I’ve heard more Rush Limbaugh than I care to mention (I was getting paid to run the show at a local radio station. Chris Seibold: box monkey). I’ve also seen most of Michael Moore’s movies, loved his TV show TV Nation (storming the public beach was classic) but I honestly don’t see a lot of difference between the two. I saw even less before Rush lost the weight. In fact, I wish Rush would gain the weight back so we could see some serious Sumo action betwixt the two. Point being that if you’re already a conservative thinker you’re going to think Rush hangs the moon while if you lean to the left you’re going to think highly of Moore’s arguments. Heck you already bought into the arguments once.

Sadly both practice the politics of destruction. It’s never:this way is better it’s: these people are evil because…

I suppose that’s what’s bothering Beth. Wish I could lift you up Beth but I can’t. Though physically lifting Beth should be fairly easy due to the Atkins thing.

And yep, if you disagree with with what I just wrote YOU”RE evil. YOU AMERICA HATING SWINE! IN FACT YOU HATE THE WHOLE WORLD. ANYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH ME SHOULD BE SHOT.

Just kidding, I’m often wrong. I’m not very bright but I’m smart enough to know that I’m fairly stupid. And knowing is half the battle.

Well that was an unintended rant. I promised games, onto games!

Well onto games right after this mini whine: KFC is advertising Dale Earnhardt Jr collectible chicken buckets. Just how much do you have to love Lil’ E to save a grease stained cardboard bucket?

Dinking games:
For some reason I have a couple of drinking games in the old blog folder. They’re no there because I drink (which I do) but because they crack me up. That said my fave game is BeerHunter originally proposed by the Mackenzie Brothers. You can’t play it online though. Here are a few you can play online:

Game play isn’t that great but there’s some humor present, and that makes it an a-one game in my book.

Drunk Walk
Well, it’s something in German. I’m assuming they called it drunk walk. On the other hand the German’s have a rep for drinking plenty of beer so maybe it’s better translated as Lunch Hour. Very Funny, much like seeing Todd after 6:45 PM.

Build a rollercoaster I know, not a new concept. Still, it is fun and the comments are plenty funny.

Since my blog folder is cleaned out I’m done for a time. I’m going to be working on some actual articles. Got a review to do for S.C., a few paying writing gigs and some home repair on the agenda.
