Great customer service from Canon

I recently received a Canon mini260 photo printer as a gift. (Great printer, by the way.) I got it all set up and nothing would print. By using parts from a working mini260 I determined that the print head was defective.

I did not have a receipt, and this model is not even made anymore. It was brand new, though. I decided to call Canon and see what they would do.

After less then one minute on the phone, I received an operator who I explained my story, too. Without even blinking she offered to send out a new printhead, free of charge. It will be here in less than a week. Remember, I have no receipt and the printer is not made anymore (it has been replaced with the mini360).

I wish more companies were like this.
