Eminem and his music publisher “Eight Mile Style LLC†and other associated companies is suing Apple to stop them from selling his music over the iTunes service. His distributor Universal Music Group allows Apple to sell the artist’s recordings through their iTunes service.
OK, that’s the story. Has anyone even cared didly about Eminem and his “music†since he released his last album? With Apple as now the number three distributor of music (and number one in digital downloads) who is really going to hurt by the withdrawal of a former big time music maker like Eminem? So take it away and watch the overall quality of tracks available improve. Sue your freaking record company if you don’t want them to distribute your music electronically.
Take your ball and bat and go away “Mâ€. Few will notice and even less will care.
