Current iPod Games Are Not Compatible With The New iPods?

If you go to the “iPod Games” section of the iTunes store you will see a message stating that the current games are only compatible with the 5th gen iPods. Some of the games will be compatible with the new Nanos and the Classic soon.

Does this mean you would have to rebuy a game if you want it on your new iPod? or will it be a free upgrade?

Movies and TV shows are compatible, why not the games?

I have several iPod games. I don’t want to rebuy them if I get a new iPod Nano.

I guess we’ll just have to wait and see on this one….
