A look at the 20th anniversary of the Macintosh is posted at CNN.com. Here is a link to the article.
Here is a quote:
“The problem has always been that Apple was first but other companies have been able to come in and undercut them on price, and gradually appropriate all the features that made Apple special,” Friedman explained.â€
Yes, instead of looking at the Mac, what does CNN focus on? The low market share, of course. What a crock of sh%t reporting this is… But typical of large news organizations in America today, which almost always focuses on the negative or bad in our world, and rarely points out the good.
One would never guess crime, murder, and rape are actually way down than thirty years ago, as that is ALL the major network news reports focus on. Well, that and Michael Jackson (Bad news) Koke Bryant (Bad News) Martha Stewart (Bad News) and how Howard Dean mad an idiot of himself. (Negative in tone)
Am I alone here? Is anyone else tired of the negative reporting in the press? Could CNN not find anything else to report on this historic event? Such as how Apple and the Mac in recent years made legal electronic music distribution actually work? How they are bringing music-making ability the pros use to the masses? How Apple is the pioneer for home video editing?
Nope, they have a perverted need to report on how Apple sued Microsoft, how they have a small market share, etc…
Pathetic, and all too predictable.
