If you have a first generation iPod Touch and you frequently buy apps from the iTunes Store be warned: There are several apps entering the store that are only compatible with the 2nd gen Touch. From what I have learned there is really no reason why these apps won’t work on the first gen, but something in the coding only makes them compatible with second generation. Several apps have been updated and now work on the first gen, but before you spend your money make sure you check the requirements. Don’t end up losing that money because the app is not comaptible.
You’ve been warned.
