Apple co-founder and CEO of Apple Computer underwent emergency surgery Saturday for the removal of a rare cancer from his pancreas. The surgery was successful and Mr. Jobs will not need chemotherapy or radiation treatments as followup to his surgery. (Source: Reuters)
Steve is expected to return to Apple in September, but will likely be running things from his bed in the mean time.
