AppleCare to the rescue

I just received this message from a loyal member of my Digital Dazzlers monthly workshop, who recently purchased a BlackBook.

John…I loved our class on Thursday. I ran up my stairs so fast, to get to work on a special project I have going, when I heard a huge bang and felt a terrible emptiness on my back. My pack was not zipped and my computer crashed down 15 stairs to the very bottom. No picture. No sound. Nothing. I was doomed.

I gave it to my Apple guy who took it to Simutek. They called today…ready for this…no charge and it is fixed! Is there a God in heaven? Yes and She/He/It loves me!
