TIME
“Time Machine” major feature for Leopard. developed to help users back up effortlessly. only a quarter of users back up regularly.

“Time Machine” automatically backs up your Mac. back up everything – restore everything. If your hard drive dies, buy new hard drive, put it in your machine, and be right back where you were.

Time Machine gives you version control, so you can recover specifically saved versions of individual files.

Time Machine in the Dock displays timeline. Slide the timeline reveals your machine as it was — one, two, more days ago, flying finder windows find document you want. Double click file shows preview; click the Restore button brings file back.

SPACE(S)
“Spaces” new way of working on the Mac lets you take collections of applications that you use, and create a space for them to be in. then rapidly switch between them. sits in the Dock.

Jobs demonstrated Spaces with collections of Mail, Safari, GarageBand and iTunes. With the press of a key, the entire user interface slid left, right, up and down. Another Space contained Final Cut — clicking on an icon in the Dock automatically switched to its layer.
